Hari mirchi porota is a good source of dietary fiber, manganese, and excellent source of selenium and vitamin D. HINT: Eat this paratha in moderation as it contains high saturated fat.

Serves: 11 persons

Ingredients
Ghee clarified butter
18 Tea Spoon
Whole wheat flour
300 Grams
Lemon juice
1 Tea Spoon
Chillies green - all varieties
50 Grams
Salt
2.5 Grams
Water
100 Milliliter
Ajwain (carom seeds)
2.5 Grams
Black cumin seeds
2.5 Tea Spoon
Instructions

Make a puree
Wash the green chillies,thoroughly,add carom seeds, kaloni seeds to it blend it to a paste.

Prepare the dough
In a bowl ,add wheat flour, ,green chillies paste,salt,water and knead it to a dough.Let it rest for 20 minutes.Divide the dough into equal portions.

Cook the parathas
Heat a girdle ,roll out a portion of dough with rolling pin, place the paratha on it.Cook it on one side for 30 seconds, apply ghee, flip and cook the other side by applying ghee.

Serve it
Once done transfer it to a serving plate and serve hot with raita or curd.
