Apple carrot ginger honey-infused water is a good source of alpha-carotene and an excellent source of beta carotene. HINT: This low caloric drink helps in controlling appetite, provides hydration, boosts immunity, prevents heartburn, and aids in weight loss.

Honey
2 Tea Spoon
Apple small
50 Grams
Carrot orange
50 Grams
Ginger fresh
5 Grams
Water

Preparation
Wash and cut the apple, carrot, and ginger into pieces and keep them aside.

Method 1 (Using fruit or vegetable Infuser water bottle)
Place the fruit pieces, along with ginger and honey in the infusing tube and close the lid. Fill 3/4 of the bottle with water, place the infusing tube in it. Close the lid of the bottle tightly and shake it. Keep aside to infuse for 2 to 3 hours.

Method 2 (Using glass jar or pitcher)
Put the fruit along with water in the jar or pitcher and allow them to infuse for 2 to 3 hours.
