Kairiche Lonche recipe

Kairiche Lonche is a good source of dietary fiber, manganese, and an excellent source of vitamin C, vitamin D, vitamin E, and vitamin K. HINT: Eat pickles in moderation as they contain high sodium.

Ingredients
Sunflower oil
150 Milliliter
Mango green raw
250 Grams
Asafoetida
1 Tea Spoon
Turmeric powder
1 Tea Spoon
Mustard seeds
2 Tea Spoon
Salt
2 Table Spoon
Red chilli powder
3 Table Spoon
Instructions

Chop the mango
Wash pat dry the mangoes and chop them into quarter pieces and keep aside.

Mix the spices
Heat oil in a pan until it reaches its smoking point. In another bowl, take all the ingredients, split mustard seeds, fenugreek seeds, salt, Turmeric powder, asafoetida, and red chili powder. Mix it very well. Pour hot oil over the prepared masala mixture. Cover it immediately. Keep it aside for 5 minutes. Take chopped mangoes in a big mixing bowl. Add prepared mixture into the mangoes and mix them very well.

Pickling
Place this pickle into the airtight glass jar. Keep them in the kitchen counter for 2 days or until the mangoes soften a bit and become tender. Stir the pickle every 12 hours with a spoon.

Serving
Once the mango pickle is ready, can serve it. Store this pickle in a cool and dry place.
