Ingredients
Lemon juice 100%

Ghee clarified butter

Lenti dal
100 Grams
Coriander leaves
10 Grams
Garlic big clove
5 Grams
Onion big
100 Grams
Paneer
50 Grams
Salt
2.5 Grams
Water
250 Milliliter
Black pepper powder

Instructions

Chopping
Chop the onions into fine slices. Chop the garlic and coriander leaves.

Frying
Fry the paneer pieces in little oil till they turn brown and keep aside.

Sauteeing
Heat oil in a pressure cooker, fry onions, garlic until they turn translucent.

Cooling
Remove the lid of pressure cooker and let it cool completely.

Transfer this mixture to a blender and blend till it turns smooth.

Simmer
Transfer it into a deep non-stick pan and let it simmer for few minutes. Add the fried paneer cubes and stir well. Adjust the salt and pepper.
