Muringa Pattani Curry recipe

Muringa Pattani Curry/Drumsticks green peas curry is a good source of dietary fiber, biotin, vitamin E, and an excellent source of vitamin C, vitamin D. It helps in managing diabetes and strengthening bones.

Ingredients
Drumstick
200 Grams
Peas fresh
100 Grams
Tomato ripe local
50 Grams
Chillies green - all varieties
5 Grams
Coriander leaves
1 Table Spoon
Curry leaves
5 Grams
Onion big
100 Grams
Cumin seeds
0.5 Tea Spoon
Mustard seeds
0.5 Tea Spoon
Rice bran oil
1 Table Spoon
Salt
0.5 Tea Spoon
Water
100 Milliliter
Red chilli powder
0.5 Tea Spoon
Instructions

Chopping
Chop the drumsticks, tomatoes, and onions into small pieces

Seasoning
Heat the oil in a nonstick pan, add the mustard seeds, cumin seeds, curry leaves, and green chilies. Saute them until the seeds start spluttering.

Cooking
Heat one tablespoon oil in a separate pan. Add chopped drumsticks, tomato, and onion to the pan. Saute them for 5 minutes. Add water to the vegetables and cook them for 15 minutes. Once the drumsticks appear tender add salt, fresh green peas, turmeric and cook for 5 more minutes. Further, add the seasoning and red chili powder cook for 5 more minutes.

Serve
Once the curry is done, garnish with coriander and serve it hot with rice
