Ingredients
Green gram dal
100 Grams
Chillies green - all varieties
20 Grams
Curry leaves
10 Grams
Ginger fresh
5 Grams
Coconut kernel fresh
1 Table Spoon
Mustard seeds
0.5 Tea Spoon
Rice bran oil
1 Table Spoon
Salt
0.5 Tea Spoon
Water
250 Milliliter
Instructions

Washing
Wash the moong dal thoroughly, drain excess water and keep aside.

Cooking
Take a Kadai and heat some oil. Splutter mustard seeds, then add curry leaves, green chilies, and ginger. Saute for a while. Add water, salt and bring to a boil.

Mixing
Add moong dal and cook covered on a low flame. Once the moong dal is cooked, turn off the flame.

Serving
Garnish with grated coconut and serve.
