Sooji besan egg cheela recipe

Sooji besan egg Cheela has more good fat than whole wheat flour and also higher protein content. HINT: Rich in complex carbohydrates and with a low glycemic index.

Ingredients
Wheat semolina
50 Grams
Chillies green - all varieties
10 Grams
Coriander leaves
20 Grams
Ginger fresh
2 Grams
Onion big
100 Grams
Cumin seeds
1 Tea Spoon
Turmeric powder
2.5 Grams
Whole egg raw
100 Grams
Rice bran oil
5 Tea Spoon
Salt
2.5 Grams
Water
50 Milliliter
Red chilli powder
1 Tea Spoon
Besan
50 Grams
Instructions

Prepare the batter
Put the besan, sooji in a bowl. Add salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, cumin seeds, and water, little by little, and whisk till you get a smooth batter of dropping consistency.

Egg preparation
Rest the batter for a while. Chop onions, ginger, and green chilies finely and put in another bowl. Break the eggs and add and whisk well.

Cook the cheela
Chop coriander leaves and add along with salt and whisk again. Heat a non stick tawa. Put a little oil on a tissue paper and rub the tawa.Pour a ladle full of gram flour and spread all around the tawa. Put a little egg mixture and spread. Drizzle a little oil all around and rotate the tawa.

Serve hot
When the underside becomes golden, fold into half and serve hot with green chutney .
