Cauliflower soup recipe

Cauliflower soup is a good source of dietary fiber, potassium, vitamin D, lutein, manganese, pantothenic acid, biotin, and an excellent source of vitamin C. HINT: It helps in strengthening muscles and boosting immunity.

Cooking time: 10 minutes

Serves: 3 persons

Ingredients
Ghee clarified butter
1 Table Spoon
Cauliflower
250 Grams
Coriander leaves
20 Grams
Garlic small clove
10 Grams
Onion big
100 Grams
Salt
2.5 Grams
Water
200 Milliliter
Black pepper powder
1 Tea Spoon
Instructions

Washing
Wash the veggies thoroughly with water.

Chopping
Chop the onions, garlic, and coriander. Separate the cauliflower florets and keep them aside.

Sauteeing
Heat oil in a pan, add garlic, onion. Fry onions until they turn translucent. Add cauliflower and saute for another 4- 5 minutes.

Cooking
Add salt, black pepper powder, water, mix well and bring to a boil, while stirring occasionally.

Cooling
Remove the lid of the pan and let it cool completely.

Blending
Transfer this mixture to a blender and blend till it turns smooth.

Simmer
Transfer it into a deep non stick pan and let it simmer for few minutes.

Serving
Transfer it to serving bowl, garnished with coriander leaves. Serve hot.
