Chhola Soup recipe

Ingredients
Garlic small clove
5 Grams
Onion small
50 Grams
Rice bran oil
1 Table Spoon
Salt
0.5 Tea Spoon
Water
250 Milliliter
Cumin powder
1 Tea Spoon
Chickpeas
2 Table Spoon
Instructions

Pressure cook the chickpeas
Pressure cook the chickpeas in water,and keep it aside.

Saute the ingredients
Heat oil in a nonstick pan. Slice onion and add and saute. Crush garlic cloves and saute for ½ minute. Add sea salt, cumin powder, chickpeas, and saute for 2 minutes.

Grind it
Strain into a bowl. Cool the solids and grind in a mixer with water.

Serve it
Pour the soup into a vessel, simmer it on high flame for few seconds. Serve hot.
