Egg salad recipe

Egg salad is a good source of protein, pantothenic acid, vitamin C, lutein, and an excellent source of alpha-carotene, beta carotene, biotin, and selenium. HINT: It is helpful in the functioning of the thyroid gland.

Ingredients
Green cabbage
50 Grams
Lemon juice
1 Tea Spoon
Carrot orange
100 Grams
Chillies green - all varieties
5 Grams
Coriander leaves
10 Grams
Onion small
50 Grams
Whole egg raw
100 Grams
Salt
1 Grams
Black pepper powder
2 Grams

Instructions

Boil the eggs
Rinse the eggs well under water, boil them for 15 minutes.Once done transfer the eggs to cold water, deshell them and chop to small pieces in a bowl.

Chop the vegetables.
Wash the vegetables and grate them or chop them finely.

Mixing
Add the finely chopped vegetables to the egg bowl, mix well by adding salt, chaat masala, black pepper, coriander leaves and lemon juice.

Serve it immediately.
