Mula Loncha recipe

Ginger fresh

Asafoetida

Chillies red
5 Grams
Cumin seeds
1 Tea Spoon
Fenugreek seeds
1 Tea Spoon
Turmeric powder
1 Table Spoon
Mustard seeds
1 Tea Spoon
Rice bran oil
150 Milliliter
Salt

Red chilli powder
2 Tea Spoon
Fennel seeds

Instructions

Washing
Take 250 grams of radish ,chop the edges and wash it.Chop it into fine slices

Preparation
Take a mixing bowl, add radish slices, red chili powder, turmeric powder, roasted fenugreek seeds powder, garlic paste, salt, fennel seeds, slit green chilies, sliced ginger, lemon juice and mix well. Adjust the lemon juice according to the taste.

Season it
Heat oil in a pan, add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, dried red chilies and fry until they stop spluttering. Add hing/asafoetida, curry leaves and turn off the heat Pour the seasoning over the pickle and mix well. Leave it for 2-3 hours and serve.
