Dough preparation
Firstly, in a large mixing bowl take warm milk, dry yeast, and sugar. mix well. Rest for 5 minutes. Furthermore, add a pinch of salt, garlic, and oregano. Additionally add butter and maida. Start to knead the dough. Coat the dough with oil and rest for 2 hours.

Marinate the chicken
Wash and drain the chicken. Cut it into small pieces. Now marinate with ginger garlic paste, garam masala, chicken masala, chat masala, red chili powder, salt, and keep aside.

Frying the chicken
Shallow fry the marinated chicken pieces. Drain the oil and keep it aside.

For garlic butter
In a small bowl mix in butter, garlic, and coriander leaves.

Preparation
Further, punch the dough. Spread the prepared garlic butter over the dough generously. Top with mozzarella cheese and cheese slices on half of the dough. Place the chicken pieces. Also, season with chili flakes and oregano. Fold the dough and seal the edges. Brush a generous amount of prepared garlic butter. Also, top with chili flakes.

Baking
Make marks over bread without cutting them fully. Bake in preheated oven at 180 degrees celsius for 15 minutes. Cut the garlic bread into pieces and serve.
