Ulli Muttu Kari recipe

Ulli Muttu Kari/Onion egg curry is a good source of dietary fiber, protein, vitamin A, vitamin B5, vitamin B6, folate, vitamin C, vitamin D, phosphorus, magnesium, copper, manganese, thiamin, and an excellent source of biotin, selenium, vitamin E. HINT: Eat this curry in moderation as it contains high cholesterol.

Ingredients
Onion small
150 Grams
Cumin seeds
1 Tea Spoon
Turmeric powder
0.5 Tea Spoon
Mustard seeds
1 Tea Spoon
Whole egg raw
100 Grams
Rice bran oil
1 Table Spoon
Salt
0.5 Tea Spoon
Ginger garlic paste
1 Tea Spoon
Red chilli powder
1 Tea Spoon
Instructions

Chop the onions
Wash and chop onions into fine slices.

Add the seasonings
Heat oil in a kadhai. Add mustard seeds. When it splutters add turmeric powder, cumin seeds and fry for a minute. Add onions, ginger-garlic paste, and fry them till they turn golden brown

Add eggs
Now add the blended egg and continuously stir it. Stir and cook it for five minutes. Add red chili powder, salt mix well. Onion Egg is ready to eat with rice or rotis.
