Adrak chicken curry recipe

Adrak chicken curry is a good source of vitamin B5, vitamin B6, biotin, phosphorus, copper, and an excellent source of protein, selenium, niacin. HINT: It helps strengthen muscles and boost immunity.

Ingredients
Tomato ripe local
100 Grams
Lemon juice

Chillies green - all varieties

Coriander leaves
10 Grams
Curry leaves
10 Grams
Ginger fresh
20 Grams
Onion small
100 Grams
Chicken poultry breast skinless
500 Grams
Rice bran oil
2 Table Spoon
Salt
5 Grams

100 Milliliter
Curd
50 Grams
Garam masala powder
5 Grams
Cumin powder
5 Grams
Red chilli powder
1 Table Spoon
Coriander powder

Instructions

Saute
Heat oil in a wok, add chopped onions and fry till golden brown, add ginger, green chili paste, cumin powder, coriander powder, turmeric, red chili, and salt. Fry for 1 minute.

Cook the chicken
Now add tomato puree and mix well. Cook for 7 minutes on high to medium heat. Add the chicken, water, garam masala mix well. Mix in curd too. Cook on high flame for 15-20 minutes by covering with a lid. Once the chicken becomes tender, let the curry simmer on low heat until desired consistency is reached. Switch off the flame and add lemon juice.

Garnish
Once done, garnish it with fresh coriander leaves and ginger juliennes. Transfer the dish to a serving bowl and serve with rice or chapati.
