Bhindi paneer masala recipe

Bhindi paneer masala is a spicy dish which can be included in main meals. Healthy fats in the paneer improve the bioavailability of all the fat-soluble nutrients.

Ladies finger
100 Grams
Tomato ripe local
50 Grams
Lemon juice
2 Tea Spoon
Chillies green - all varieties
10 Grams
Coriander leaves
10 Grams
Onion big
100 Grams
Cardamom green

Turmeric powder

Paneer
100 Grams
Rice bran oil

Salt

50 Milliliter
Curd

Ginger garlic paste

Garam masala powder

Instructions

Preparation
Wash and chop the tomatoes. Grind them along with cinnamon, lemon, green chilies, coriander leaves, garam masala, cardamom, clove, garlic, ginger, and curd to a smooth paste.

Fry the ladies finger
Wash and chop ladies' finger. Heat a kadhai with oil, add the chopped lady's finger, and fry them till it is soft and crispy. Sprinkle little salt also and fry them. Keep it aside.

Add onions
In the same kadai, add little more oil, add bay leaf, chopped onions and saute till it becomes translucent.

Add powdered spices
Add the ground paste along with turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, and salt. Mix well and saute till the raw smell of the tomato goes away.

Mix the ingredients
Add the chopped lady's finger and paneer and mix well. Adjust the quantity using water. Check for salt and cover it with a lid and cook bhindi and paneer masala for 2 minutes. Serve hot.

Serving
Serve with rotis or parathas.
