Kombdi seekh kebab recipe

Kombdi seekh kebab is a good source of protein, selenium, niacin, beta carotene, and lutein. HINT: It helps boost immunity and strengthen muscles.

Ingredients
Chicken
500 Grams
Lemon juice
1 Table Spoon
Chillies green - all varieties
15 Grams
Coriander leaves
2 Table Spoon
Onion big
100 Grams
Rice bran oil
2 Table Spoon
Salt
1 Tea Spoon
Ginger garlic paste
1 Table Spoon
Red chilli powder
1 Table Spoon
chat masala
1 Table Spoon
Instructions

Washing
Wash the minced chicken thoroughly . Chop the onion, green chilies.

Make the batter
Mix together the minced chicken,onion, green chilies, and fresh coriander. Grind to a fine consistency. Add the rest of the ingredients except the oil and mix well.

Cook the kebabs
Preheat the oven to 240°C/475°F/Gas Mark 9.Divide the mixture into twelve equal portions. Pat the minced mixture with moist hands onto skewers and shape into kababs.Cook the kababs in the oven or in a hot tandoor till almost done. Baste with butter or oil and continue to cook till completely done.

Serve hot
Sprinkle with a little chaat masala and lemon juice and serve hot with mint chutney.
