Chicken pakora recipe

Chicken pakora is a good source of phosphorus, folate, beta carotene, and an excellent source of protein, niacin, selenium, lutein, vitamin E. HINT: Eat these snacks in moderation as they contain too many calories and trans fat.

Ingredients
Chicken
500 Grams
Lemon juice
2 Table Spoon
Chillies green - all varieties
10 Grams
Coriander leaves
50 Grams
Onion small
100 Grams
Turmeric powder
0.5 Tea Spoon
Rice bran oil
100 Milliliter
Salt
1 Tea Spoon
Water
200 Milliliter
Ginger garlic paste
1 Tea Spoon
Rice flour
4 Tea Spoon
Besan

Instructions

Washing
Wash the chicken and drain the excess water.

Marination
Make a paste of the onions, green chilies, ginger and garlic, lemon juice, and salt. Marinate the chicken chunks with this paste. Let it sit for about 40 minutes.

Prepare the batter
Next, prepare the batter for the chicken. Mix together the besan, rice flour, salt, turmeric powder, and water. Make sure the consistency is not too runny.

Heat oil and deep fry
Now, take a pan and heat oil in it. Dip the marinated chicken pieces in the thick batter and put them in the oil. Deep fry the pieces until they are golden brown. Make sure to put the chicken pieces in batches.

Serve hot
Garnish with coriander leaves and serve with a dip or chutney,
