Lentil vegetable soup recipe

Lentil vegetable soup is a good source of phosphorus, magnesium, iron, copper, manganese, pantothenic acid, vitamin B6, vitamin B7, vitamin C, lutein, and an excellent source of protein, dietary fiber, alpha-carotene, beta carotene, and vitamin D. Onionstalk

Peas fresh

Carrot orange

Coriander leaves
10 Grams
Rice bran oil
5 Milliliter
Salt

200 Milliliter
Black pepper powder

Instructions

Washing
Wash the vegetables and lentils thoroughly with water.

Chopping
Chop the vegetables into fine slices.

Sauteeing
Heat oil in a pressure cooker, fry onions until they turn translucent.

Pressure cooking
Add vegetables, lentils, salt, black pepper powder, water, and pressure cook for 3-4 whistles.

Cooling
Remove the lid of pressure cooker and let it cool completely.

Blending
Transfer this mixture to a blender and blend till it turns smooth.

Simmer
Transfer it into a deep non stick pan and let it simmer for few minutes.

Serving
Transfer it to serving bowl, garnished with coriander leaves. Serve hot.
