Ingredients
Corn raw
100 Grams
French beans country
50 Grams
Onionstalk
100 Grams
Peas fresh
50 Grams
Carrot orange
100 Grams
Coriander leaves
10 Grams
Garlic small clove
5 Grams
Ginger fresh
2 Grams
Rice bran oil
5 Milliliter
Salt
2.5 Grams
Water
200 Milliliter
Black pepper powder
2.5 Grams
Instructions

Boil the corn
Boil the corn in water and let it cool. With a knife scrape the corn kernels from the cob.

Blending
Blend the corn kernels with water in a blender. Keep few kernels aside.

Washing
Wash the carrots, beans ,onion stalks and chop them finely.

Sauteeing
Heat oil in a pan, add chopped ginger garlic and saute for few seconds. Then add chopped vegetables, peas and saute on high flame for 2-3 minutes.

Simmering
Now add the corn paste, left corn kernels, salt, black pepper, and water to the vegetables and simmer it on high flame for few minutes while stirring occasionally.

Serving
Pour the soup in a serving bowl and garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
