Green gram dal
50 Grams
French beans country
25 Grams
Onionstalk
25 Grams
Peas fresh
25 Grams
Carrot orange
100 Grams
Coriander leaves
15 Grams
Rice bran oil
1 Tea Spoon
Salt
0.5 Tea Spoon
Water
100 Milliliter
Black pepper powder
0.5 Tea Spoon
Instructions

Washing
Wash the vegetables and green gram thoroughly with water.

Chopping
Chop the vegetables into fine slices.

Pressure cooking
Add vegetables, moong dal, salt, black pepper powder, water, and pressure cook for 3-4 whistles.

Cooling
Remove the lid of pressure cooker and let it cool completely.

Blending
Transfer this mixture to a blender and blend till it turns smooth.

Simmer
Transfer it into a deep non stick pan and let it simmer for few minutes.

Transfer it to serving bowl, garnished with coriander leaves. Serve hot.
