Multigrain roti recipe

Multigrain roti is a good source of protein, fiber, iron and vitamin B and a variety of minerals, and gluten

Cooking time: 15 minutes

Ingredients
Whole wheat flour
100 Grams
Rice bran oil
2 Table Spoon
Salt
1 Tea Spoon
Water
100 Milliliter
Sorghum flour (jowar)
50 Grams
Besan
2 Tea Spoon
Ragi flour
50 Grams
Bajra flour
50 Grams
Instructions

Dough Preparation
Firstly in a mixing bowl, add all the flours and mix well. Add salt, oil and mix well. Add water gradually and knead the flour. Knead it into a soft, smooth, and pliable dough. Cover the dough with a muslin cloth and rest it aside for about 15 minutes.

Making phulka
Divide the dough into small equal-sized portions. Start rolling out the dough until we get around or circular disc-like shaped roti.

Cooking
Heat the tawa/skillet. Take the roti in your hands and place it on the tawa. Cook the bottom side for few seconds on medium flame then flip the roti and cook the other side very well. Immediately take the roti out on a plate.

Serving
Place the rotis on a plate. Serve hot with veg stir-fries or veg curries and dal.
