Potato Cauliflower Curry recipe

Cooking time: 15 minutes

Serves: 5 persons

Cauliflower
250 Grams
Tomato ripe local
75 Grams
Chillies green - all varieties
0.25 Tea Spoon
Coriander leaves
1 Table Spoon
Garlic big clove
1 Tea Spoon
Ginger fresh
1 Tea Spoon
Onion big
60 Grams
Cumin seeds
0.25 Tea Spoon
Turmeric powder
0.25 Tea Spoon
Salt
1 Tea Spoon
Garam masala powder
0.25 Tea Spoon
Cumin powder

Black pepper powder

Red chilli powder

Instructions

Heat oil
Heat oil in non stick pan and add cumin seeds. Let them sizzle and then add chopped onion.

Saute Onion
Saute onion until golden brown.

Add Tomato
Once the onion is done, add green chilli, ginger and garlic and saute it for 30 seconds and then add chopped tomatoes.

Add Spices
Add turmeric powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, salt black pepper powder and red chilli powder.

Cook until oil separates
Cook until tomatoes are tender and soft, and oil starts to separate.

Cook vegetables
Add potatoes and cauliflower and saute them until they are soft. Cover it with lid and cook them for about 25 minutes. Keep stirring in between

Garnish
Once the vegetables are cooked properly and all the moisture is gone, garnish it with coriander leaves and add lemon juice.

Serve
Serve hot in main meal.
