Suji ebong sabudana chila recipe

Suji ebong sabudana chila is a perfect replacement for a high carb meal. Loaded with goodness of dairy protein and vegetables this cheela is filling and yet tasty too.

Cooking time: 20 minutes

Serves: 11 persons

Ingredients
Wheat semolina
100 Grams
Chillies green - all varieties
10 Grams
Coriander leaves
20 Grams
Onion small
50 Grams
Rice bran oil
11 Tea Spoon
Water
100 Milliliter
Curd
50 Grams
Ginger garlic paste
5 Grams
Sago
50 Grams
Instructions

Soaking
Soak the sabudana for 2-3 hrs. Then transfer it to a blender and make a fine paste.

Wash the vegetables
Wash the vegetables thoroughly and chop them finely.

Prepare the batter
In a bowl take sooji, add curd, salt, water, and sabudana paste mix well see that no lumps are formed, and let it rest for 20 minutes.

Mix the vegetables
To the prepared batter add chopped onions, ginger-garlic paste, salt,coriander leaves, mix well add water if required to get thick flowing consistency batter.

Cook the chilla
Prepare the dosa pan ,spread the batter with a ladle,add ½ to 1 tsp of oil around the edges. cover and cook the cheela for 2 minutes or till it gets cooked well. Flip over and press gently making sure cheela gets cooked from both sides. Continue to simmer for another minute or till cheela gets cooked completely.

Serve hot
Serve hot with chutney.
