Chillies green - all varieties

Coriander leaves
20 Grams
Ginger fresh
2 Grams
Cumin seeds
1 Tea Spoon
Rice bran oil
5 Tea Spoon
Salt
2.5 Grams
Water
150 Milliliter
Black pepper powder
1 Tea Spoon
Amaranth flour

Instructions

Prepare the batter
Peel and grate the raw potato and keep it aside. In a bowl add the rajgira flour, grated potato, and all the ingredients except oil and mix. Add just enough water to make a spreadable batter, don't make it too thin.

Cook the chilla
Preheat a girdle, take a ladleful of the batter, spread it evenly on it,apply oil from the sides.Once done flip on the other side and cook.

Serve hot with any chutney.
