Amaranth Seela recipe

Ingredients
Lemon juice 100%

Chillies green - all varieties
10 Grams
Coriander leaves
20 Grams
Ginger fresh
2 Grams
Cumin seeds
1 Tea Spoon
Rice bran oil
5 Tea Spoon
Salt
2.5 Grams
Water
150 Milliliter
Black pepper powder
1 Tea Spoon
Amaranth flour
100 Grams
Instructions

Prepare the batter
In a bowl, add rajgira flour, salt, ginger, chili, pepper powder, lemon juice, coriander leaves. Mix well and using water make a smooth dosa batter. It should be a little thick, but flowing consistency. Whisk the batter well.

Cook the chilla
Preheat a girdle, take a ladleful of the batter, spread it evenly on it,apply oil from the sides.Once done flip on the other side and cook.

Serve hot
Serve hot with any chutney.
