Badam ka halwa recipe

Badam ka halwa is a good source of dietary fiber, potassium, zinc, thiamine, niacin, biotin, and an excellent source of protein, calcium, phosphorus, magnesium, copper, selenium, manganese, vitamin E, and vitamin K. HINT: Eat this dessert in moderation as it contains high sugar and saturated fat.

Ingredients
Ghee clarified butter
4 Table Spoon
Sugar
100 Grams
Cardamom green
1 Grams
Almond
250 Grams
Cashew nut
15 Grams
Pistachio nuts
15 Grams
Whole buffalo milk
60 Milliliter
Khoa
100 Grams
Instructions

Soaking
Firstly soak almonds in enough hot water for 30 minutes. Further, peel the skin of almonds and keep them aside.

Grinding
Transfer the almonds to the blender. also add in milk. Blend to smooth paste.

Cooking
Heat ghee in a heavy bottom pan. Add the ground almond paste to the pan and fry on medium heat till it turns light golden brown.It will take at least 15-20 minutes to fry to the desired color. Now add khoya, cardamom powder, sugar, and chopped nuts to the halwa. Cook on low heat till the halwa turns brown and starts to leave ghee from the sides. Keep stirring continuously during this process. This step will take 20-30 minutes.

Transfer it into serving bowls and serve.
