Lassi is a refreshing and soothing drink that is low in calories, high in probiotics, helps to soothe the digestive system.

Cardamom green
2 Grams
Whole buffalo milk
1 Table Spoon
Water
50 Milliliter
Curd
200 Grams
Saffron
1 Grams
Instructions

Soaking
In a tablespoon of warm milk, soak saffron for 10 mins. Mix well after 10 mins and till you get the bright colour from saffron.

In a bowl add curd, churn it well with a churner.

Grinding
To this add sugar, ice cubes, elaichi, and saffron milk and grind again.
