Masala parotta recipe

Masala parotta/Masala paratha is a good source of dietary fiber and an excellent source of manganese, selenium, and vitamin D. HINT: Eat this paratha in moderation as it contains high saturated fat.

Serves: 10 persons

Ingredients
Ghee clarified butter
18 Tea Spoon
Whole wheat flour
300 Grams
Turmeric powder
0.5 Tea Spoon
Salt
0.5 Tea Spoon
Water
100 Milliliter
Ginger garlic paste
0.5 Tea Spoon
Garam masala powder
1 Tea Spoon
Red chilli powder
1 Tea Spoon
Amchur powder
0.5 Tea Spoon
Instructions

Prepare the dough
In a bowl add wheat flour, add all the spices, water, mix well and knead it to a soft dough. Divide the dough into equal portions.

Cook the parathas
Heat a girdle, roll out a portion of dough with a rolling pin, place the paratha on it. Cook it on one side for 30 seconds, apply ghee, flip and cook the other side by applying ghee.

Serve it hot.
Once done transfer it to a serving plate and serve hot with raita or curd.
