Stuffed kulcha recipe

Stuffed kulcha is a soft flatbread that has little nutritional value but is offset by less healthy ingredients like white flour, sugar, and oil.

20 Grams
Coriander leaves
30 Grams
Ginger fresh
2 Grams
Paneer
100 Grams
Rice bran oil

100 Milliliter

Garam masala powder

Red chilli powder
1 Tea Spoon

Instructions

Dough preparation
Sieve maida in a large mixing bowl, add sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and oil, curd, and mix well. Further add water as required and knead to a smooth and soft dough. Cover and rest for 2 hours or more.

For stuffing
In a mixing bowl take grated paneer. Add chopped green chilli, ginger paste, chilli powder, garam masala powder, ajwain, coriander and salt. Combine all the ingredients well and stuffing is ready. keep aside.

Making naan
Pinch a ball sized dough and dust with maida. Further roll and stuff paneer stuffing. Bring the edge to center and start pleating. Reverse the ball and sprinkle some black sesame seeds and coriander leaves. Gently roll to oval shape using rolling pin.

Cooking
Brush with water over kulcha. Furthermore, slowly flip the kulcha and put it on hot tawa. Now after a minute, flip the tawa upside down and cook kulcha directly on flame till they turn golden brown and puffs up.

Serving
Brush some butter. Finally, serve stuffed kulcha hot with curries or dal.
