Sweetcorn soup recipe

Sweetcorn soup high fiber content, it can aid with digestion. It also contains B vitamins, zinc, magnesium, copper, iron, and manganese. HINT: Pregnant women should consume sweet corn soup as it has high folate content.

Ingredients
Corn raw
150 Grams
Ghee clarified butter
1 Table Spoon
Tomato ripe local
50 Grams
Carrot orange
50 Grams
Coriander leaves
10 Grams
Garlic small clove
10 Grams
Onion big
100 Grams
Salt
2.5 Grams
Water
200 Milliliter
Black pepper powder
2.5 Grams
Instructions

Washing
Wash the carrots, tomatoes, corn and onions thoroughly.

Chopping
Chopping carrots, tomatoes, onions and garlic cloves roughly.

Pressure Cooking
Combine tomatoes,carrots, garlic, and onions with 200ml of water and pressure cook it for 3-4 whistles. Separately boil the corn kernels and keep them aside.

Cooling
Allow the steam to escape before opening the lid and cool the mixture completely.

Blending
Transfer the ingredients into a blender and blend it until smooth.

Simmering
Heat a nonstick pan add ghee, blended mixture, salt, and pepper, and let it simmer for 4-5 minutes while stirring occasionally. Now add the boiled corn kernels and allow them to cook.

Garnishing
Once done pour it in a serving bowl garnished with coriander leaves. Serve hot with brown bread or toast.
