Vanilla pudding recipe

Vanilla pudding is a good source of calcium and vitamin D. HINT: Eat this dessert in moderation as it contains high sugar.

Ingredients

0.5 Cup
Walnut
15 Grams
Whole buffalo milk
2 Cup
Vanilla flavour essence
1 Tea Spoon
Agar agar powder
8 Grams
Instructions

Boiling
Bring the milk mixture to a boil and simmer till agar agar is dissolved.

Cooking
Add the sugar and cook till dissolved. Take the pan off the heat, mix in the vanilla essence and transfer on to the serving bowl.

Chill and serve
Leave to set in the refrigerator. Garnish with walnuts and serve chilled.
