Red chilli powder
1 Tea Spoon
Rice flour
200 Grams
Besan
100 Grams
Ajwain (carom seeds)

Make the dough
In a bowl, mix both flours. Add salt, red chilly powder, black pepper, heeng, and ajwain. Pour little oil and mix with a light hand.Now add water and make into dough. Do not over knead the dough or knead stiff dough.

Deep fry the chakli
Heat oil in Kadhai until medium-hot.Now place dough in the chakli press and in a quick round motion, make chaklis on an oiled surface.Carefully pick chakli and deep-fry until crisp. Serve.
