Kiwi Infused Thengaala Vellam/Kiwi-infused coconut water is a good source of potassium, magnesium, pantothenic acid, vitamin B6, vitamin E, and excellent source of vitamin C, phosphorus, manganese. HINT: This low caloric drink helps in controlling appetite, provides hydration, boosts immunity, and aids in weight loss.

Kiwi fruit raw
100 Grams
Coconut water
500 Milliliter

Preparation
Wash the fruit and chop it into fine slices

Method 1 (Using fruit or vegetable Infuser water bottle)
Place the fruit pieces in the infusing tube and close the lid. Fill 3/4 of the bottle with coconut water, place the infusing tube in it. Close the lid of the bottle tightly and shake it. Keep aside to infuse for 2 to 3 hours.

Put the fruit along with coconut water in the jar or pitcher and allow them to infuse for 2 to 3 hours.
