Kobbari Barfi recipe

Kobbari Barfi/Coconut barfi is a dessert high in calories and fats. HINT: Eat this in moderation as it is high in calories, sugar, and saturated fats.

Ingredients
Cream
2 Table Spoon
Ghee clarified butter
1 Table Spoon
Sugar
2 Table Spoon
Cardamom green
1 Grams
Coconut kernal dry
100 Grams
Whole buffalo milk
100 Milliliter

Preparation
Grease a bit of ghee, on a butter paper lined on a tray or on a thali/tray. Keep aside.

Making Barfi
Firstly, heat ghee in a pan, add freshly grated coconut, sugar, and milk, mix well on medium flame until sugar dissolves completely. keep stirring till the mixture starts to thicken, now add cream. Now add cardamom powder and mix well. Continue to cook on medium flame stirring continuously. The coconut mixture will start to separate from pan. Continue to cook until the mixture starts to hold the shape.

Setting Burfi
Transfer the prepared dough into a greased plate lined with baking paper, set well forming a block. allow to set for 10 minute, or till it sets completely yet warm. Once the burfi cools down, slice into squares or diamond shapes. Serve barfi immediately.
