Kombda tikka recipe

Kombda tikka is a good source of protein, niacin, vitamin B6, biotin, folate, vitamin E, selenium, and an excellent source of vitamin C. It helps strengthen muscles and boost immunity.

Capsicum green

Lemon juice

Turmeric powder

Chicken poultry thigh skinless

Rice bran oil

Curd

Ginger garlic paste

Instructions

Washing and chopping
Clean the chicken and cut them into small cubes. Chop the capsicum and onion. keep aside.

Preparation
Firstly, take curd, add in all the spices along with salt. mix till all the spices are combined well with curd.

Marination
Now add onion petals, cubed capsicum, chicken, also add oil. Mix gently till all the vegetables are coated well. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes.

Cooking
After marination, insert the marinated chicken, capsicum, and onions into wooden skewers. Roast it on a hot tawa or grill in oven or tandoor.

Serving
Remove from the pan and serve chicken tikka immediately.
