Masala Dim Bhurji recipe

Tomato ripe local
50 Grams
Chillies green - all varieties
10 Grams
Coriander leaves
20 Grams
Garlic big clove
0.5 Tea Spoon
Ginger fresh
2 Grams
Onion big
50 Grams
Turmeric powder
1 Grams
Whole egg raw
300 Grams
Salt
0.5 Tea Spoon
Garam masala powder
2 Grams
Red chilli powder
0.5 Tea Spoon
Instructions

Cooking
Take a pan add butter, garlic, green chilies, and ginger to the pan. Stir them well until golden brown. Now mix curry leaves and chopped onions into the pan and saute together. Add salt, turmeric powder, chili powder, garam masala, and mix them well. Top it with coriander and chopped tomatoes and mix it in the pan along with other ingredients. Now add the eggs to the pan and whisk them thoroughly until cooked.

Serving
Pour some butter over and garnish it with coriander leaves. Serve hot with bread, roti, or rice.
