Mullangi Cheera Parotta recipe

Mullangi Cheera Parotta/Radish is an excellent source of anti-oxidants, electrolytes, minerals, vitamins and dietary fiber. It contains an anti-oxidant called sulforaphane which has anticancer properties.

Ingredients
Ghee clarified butter
22 Tea Spoon
Whole wheat flour
300 Grams
Spinach
100 Grams
Radish round, white skin
100 Grams
Salt
2.5 Grams
Water
100 Milliliter
Green Chilli paste
10 Grams
Instructions

Wash the radish
Wash the radish and grate them finely.

Make the dough
In a bowl, add wheat flour, grated radish, chopped spinach leaves, green chilies paste, salt, water and knead it to a dough. Let it rest for 20 minutes. Divide the dough into equal portions.

Cook the paratha
Heat a girdle, roll out a portion of dough with a rolling pin, place the paratha on it. Cook it on one side for 30 seconds, apply ghee, flip and cook the other side by applying ghee.

Serve hot
Once done transfer it to a serving plate and serve hot.
