Ragi chocolate pudding recipe

Ragi chocolate pudding is a good source of dietary fiber, magnesium, copper, manganese, and an excellent source of vitamin D. HINT: Eat this dessert in moderation as it contains high sugars.

Ingredients
Cocoa powder
0.5 Table Spoon
Sugar
2 Table Spoon
Chocolate topping
2.5 Table Spoon
Ragi
2 Table Spoon
Whole buffalo milk
50 Milliliter
Water
50 Milliliter
Instructions

Preparation
In a cup add water and milk. Set aside. In a pan add ragi flour, cocoa powder, and cane sugar, whisk it well. Now add the milk water mixture and whisk thoroughly.

Cooking
Switch on the stove and keep stirring using a whisk. It should take at least 8-10 mins for ragi to cook fully on low flame. If not add more water. Add choco chips or chocolate toppings at this stage. Keep stirring and cook until thick and shiny. Brush water in the bowls and pour the pudding into heat-safe bowls. Cover it and refrigerate.

Serving
While serving garnish with sprinklers or chocolate toppings and serve chilled.
