Apple cinnamon infused water recipe

Apple cinnamon-infused water is a low-calorie drink. HINT: This low caloric drink helps in controlling appetite, provides hydration, boosts immunity, prevents heartburn, and aids in weight loss.

Preparation
Wash and cut the apple into pieces and keep it aside.

Method 1 (Using fruit or vegetable Infuser water bottle)
Place the fruit pieces, cinnamon in the infusing tube and close the lid. Fill 3/4 of the bottle with water, place the infusing tube in it. Close the lid of the bottle tightly and shake it. Keep aside to infuse for 2 to 3 hours.

Put the fruit along with water in the jar or pitcher and allow them to infuse for 2 to 3 hours.
