Ingredients
Alfalfa sprouts raw
100 Grams
Olive oil
3 Tea Spoon
Capsicum green
100 Grams
Capsicum red
100 Grams
Capsicum yellow
150 Grams
Lemon juice
1 Table Spoon
Coriander leaves
1 Table Spoon
Black pepper powder
0.5 Tea Spoon
Himalayan Pink Salt
0.5 Tea Spoon
Instructions

Washing
Wash the vegetables thoroughly with water.

Roasted and Peeling.
On a high flame, roast the capsicums by applying olive oil with a brush and inserting a fork. Peel off the burnt skin ,remove seeds and stems.

Chopping
Chop the vegetables or dice them finely.

Mixing
In a bowl take alfalfa sprouts, add chopped vegetables, add black pepper, salt , dash of lime and mix well.

Garnish
Garnish it with coriander leaves.
