Ingredients
French beans country
150 Grams
Carrot orange
100 Grams
Curry leaves
1 Table Spoon
Turmeric powder
1 Tea Spoon
Mustard seeds
0.5 Tea Spoon
Rice bran oil
1 Table Spoon
Salt
0.5 Tea Spoon
Black pepper powder
0.5 Tea Spoon
Red chilli powder
1 Tea Spoon
Coriander powder
0.5 Tea Spoon
Instructions

Wash and cut the vegetables
Wash french beans and carrots and chop them.

Cook the potatoes
Heat two teaspoons of oil in Kadai, add the mustard seeds, curry leaves, and allow them to crackle. Add the chopped carrots and french beans, sprinkle salt, and stir fry them until cooked through.

Mix the spices
Next add in all the spice powders including red chilli powder, turmeric, black pepper powder, coriander powder, salt and saute for another 5 minutes till the raw smell goes away. Serve it with steamed rice
