Pacchakkari Uththapam is a delicious and tasty recipe loaded with proteins,vitamins and minerals.The added vegetables helps in meeting the required fiber .

Ingredients
Green peas raw
100 Grams
Milled raw rice
100 Grams
Black gram dal
50 Grams
Chillies green - all varieties
10 Grams
Coriander leaves
20 Grams
Garlic big clove
25 Grams
Fenugreek seeds
2.5 Grams
Rice bran oil
10 Tea Spoon
Salt
2.5 Grams
Water
100 Milliliter
Instructions

Make the batter
In a large bowl, soak black gram dal, raw rice, fenugreek seeds for 5-6hours. Drain off the water and blend to smooth paste adding water as required

Wash the vegetables
Wash boil the green peas and drain the water and coarsely mash them. Chop the green chillies, coriander leaves, garlic, mix them in green peas and keep aside.

Cook the uttapas
Heat a nonstick pan on medium heat and pour 2 ladles of batter and make a thick dosa.Top each uttapam with one teaspoon of green peas mixture and cook them using little oil on both sides till they turn brown.

Serve it
Serve hot .
