Pudhina Sadhni recipe

Pudhina Sadhni is a good source of dietary fiber, potassium, calcium, iron, vitamin D, magnesium, copper, selenium, manganese, and an excellent source of vitamin C, beta carotene, and lutein. HINT: It helps promote digestion, enhance appetite, and lowers blood sugar levels.

Ingredients
Lemon juice
1 Table Spoon
Chillies green - all varieties
20 Grams
Ginger fresh
5 Grams
Mint leaves
100 Grams
Salt
1 Grams
Water
30 Milliliter

Instructions

Washing
Wash and pat dry mint leaves and green chillies.

Chopping
Once they are dry chop them separately.

Grinding
Then add mint leaves in a grinder jar along with the roughly chopped ginger and green chilies. Add chaat masala, lemon juice, and salt as per taste. Add 1 or 2 tablespoons water and grind to a smooth consistency. Do not add too much water while grinding.

Once done pour it in a serving bowl and serve
