Aam kela smoothie is a good source of potassium, dietary fiber, vitamin B12, calcium, phosphorus, magnesium, manganese, and an excellent source of vitamin B6, vitamin C, vitamin D. HINT: Individuals with diabetes, prediabetes, and insulin resistance should avoid this smoothie as it contains high sugar content.

Curd

Instructions

Wash and chop the fruit

Rinse and peel 2 small to medium mangoes. Chop them in small cubes. Chop bananas as well.

Blend it smooth

Add the chopped mangoes,bananas in a blender or mixer jar. Add 1 cup fresh curd, a teaspoon of honey, pinch of cinnamon powder. Blend to a smooth consistency.

Serve it

Serve mango banana smoothie in a tall glass.
