Cabbage soup recipe

Cabbage soup is a good source of dietary fiber, lutein, manganese, vitamin E, and an excellent source of vitamin C. HINT: It helps in strengthening muscles and boosting immunity.

Serves: 3 persons

Ingredients
Green cabbage
250 Grams
Coriander leaves
20 Grams
Garlic small clove
10 Grams
Onion big
100 Grams
Rice bran oil
2 Tea Spoon
Salt
2.5 Grams
Water
200 Milliliter
Black pepper powder
1 Tea Spoon
Bay leaves
2.5 Grams
Instructions

Washing
Wash the vegetables thoroughly with water.

Chopping
Chop the cabbage onions, garlic, and coriander roughly.

Sauteeing
Heat oil in a pan, add garlic, bay leaves, onion. Fry onions until they turn translucent. Now add cabbage and fry for two more minutes.

Simmer
Add salt, black pepper powder, water and cook for 10- 15 minutes until cabbage is done.

Serving
Transfer it to serving bowl, garnished with coriander leaves. Serve hot.
