Cheesy potato wedges recipe

Potato
250 Grams
Refined wheat flour
2 Table Spoon
Rice bran oil
50 Milliliter
Salt
1 Tea Spoon
Red chilli powder
1 Tea Spoon

Fry the slices
In a medium-sized kadai on high flame, heat the oil. When it starts smoking, add the slices in small batches. Fry until golden and transfer onto a paper napkin. Repeat with the rest of the slices. Sprinkle with salt and chili powder and let it cool. Serve immediately.

Peel and slice potatoes
Peel the potatoes, slice them into half first, then slice each half lengthwise into 4 equally sized wedges to cook uniformly.

Add spices
In a bowl, take all-purpose flour, red chilly powder, chat masala powder, grated cheese, and salt. Mix it very well. Toss the potato slices in the spicy flour mixture to coat them evenly.
