Instructions

Washing

Wash and chop the pear.

Soaking

Soak the chia seeds in a glass of water for 15 minutes.

Churning

In a bowl add curd, churn it well with a churner.

Grinding

To this add water, a pinch of salt, sugar, and pear pieces, and grind again.

Serving

Now mix the soaked chia seeds to the lassi and serve it either chilled or at room temperature.
