Instructions

Crack the Egg
Crack open the egg in a large bowl, and add a pinch of salt into it.

Add Ingredients
Into it, add flour, baking powder and powdered sugar (caster sugar)

Whisk
Whisk this mixture gradually by adding milk and vanilla essence. Whisk it until smooth batter.

Prepare waffle maker
Heat the waffle maker, and brush it with little oil.

Add the batter
Pour the batter to just cover the surface of waffle maker.

Cook until crisp
Cook this for 4-5 minutes until waffles are golden brown and crisp.

Serve it hot. (can enjoy plain or could add toppings like maple syrup, vanilla ice cream, hot chocolate)
