Raw oats

Cauliflower
50 Grams
French beans country
50 Grams
Carrot orange
100 Grams
Coriander leaves
2 Table Spoon
Garlic small clove
2 Tea Spoon
Onion small
50 Grams
Rice bran oil
1 Table Spoon
Salt
0.5 Tea Spoon
Water
200 Milliliter
Black pepper powder
1 Tea Spoon
Instructions

Wash the vegetables
Wash and chop the vegetables and keep them aside.

Saute garlic and onions
In a pan heat oil, saute onions,garlic on medium flame for 1-2 minutes.

Add mixed vegetables, water, salt, pepper, mix well and cook on medium flame

Adds oats and coriander, mix well and cook for 3-5 minutes
